A key function of many trade associations is representation of their members’ interests to local, national or European governments and policy-makers. While associations may often have all of the information needed to contribute effectively to the policy making process, they may lack the knowledge of how to use this information most effectively. KSAM can advise on a strategy for representational work and on how specific exercises can best be conducted. Reviews of existing representational activities can also be undertaken.
