Mark joined KSAM in February 2011 when his own consulting business, Boleat Consulting, was merged into KSAM. He is recognised as the leading authority on trade associations in Britain, having been Chief Executive of three major associations, Executive Chairman of two associations and founder of the Trade Association Forum. He is the author of a number of standard texts on trade association strategy and management and has undertaken a number of major strategy and governance reviews for trade associations in the UK and Europe. He leads KSAM’s work on strategic and governance reviews.

Phil joined KSAM in February 2013 having worked for leading trade associations and professional membership organisations both nationally and internationally. He leads the KSAM team and is responsible for all aspects of the business. Phil is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of professional service. He has the skills to read a situation, act quickly and do exactly what the client wants, then offer advice and service beyond the clients expectations.

Candi leads our events team who are experienced in every aspect of event management; including sourcing of venues, liaison with accommodation providers and all event suppliers, programme management, exhibitions and sponsorship. The team members are experienced in providing traditional events/conferences/congresses and can also facilitate ‘e-events’.

Tina joined KSAM in November 2001 as an Association Executive. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Association Management and Event Management. Tina is responsible for the direct management of several Charities and Associations and is overall Head of Secretariat Services.

Brendan joined Kingston Smith in September 1987 working during this period in General Practise. In 1999, Brendan started the Firm’s Management Accounts and Bookkeeping Department which he is now Senior Manager. Brendan has used his years of General Practice experience to good effect by setting up new internal systems and software used to automate the management accounts function.

Charlotte joined us in September 2007. She has a strong background in customer service management in a variety of different fields, and has gained a wealth of experience in Association Management through dealing with many clients both in the office and on site at events.
Charlotte’s team deliver a wide range of administrative support to clients. It is her responsibility to motivate the team to deliver the best service possible, and to ensure that work is delivered to deadlines and within the agreed resource levels.

Kieren joined the team in August 2007 as part of the membership department. Combined with his technical IT knowledge this experience gives Kieren a deep understanding of the processes which underpin successful membership management. Having taken the project lead on our upgrade to the iMIS 15 database, Kieren is now responsible for developing the system to meet our clients’ aspirations and getting the maximum return on our investment in this industry-leading software.
